Stabilize the Shoulder, Strenghten Rotator Cuff

Here he demonstrates two exercises with a resistance band to help activate the rotator cuff in the shoulder, which helps to reduce joint pain, stabilize the shoulder joint, and build overhead strength, while helping prevent injury.
