Fitness Equipment Upgrades
LoHi Athletic Club Just Got Some Equipment Upgrades!
Based on a recent member survey we conducted, our members wanted us to expand the availability on 3 things:
- Squat rack
- Bench press
- Pull-ups
We heard you loud and clear, so we installed a Rogue Monster Rig!
With the rig, there are now 4 places where a person at least 6’3” can hang without touching the ground, ideal for pull-ups and other hanging activities.

With its current configuration, there are three squat stations, and we have not removed the old squat racks, so at least double the capacity we had before! Those stations can also function as a benching area, with an adjustable bench moved underneath.

Still to come: one extra tall pull-up station under the sky light (increase of 8 inches to current setup), and streamline configuration of the functional fitness area and weight trees.
