August Fitness Challenges
Did you know LoHi Athletic Club has fitness challenges for our members to compete in?
Every week we host a new challenge in a different category, and August has 5 Mondays this year, so you have more chances to win!
Winners this month not only get bragging rights, their name on the leader board, and the respect of their peers at the gym, but also will be able to choose from one of two of our custom-designed T-Shirts in their size to accompany the glory!

- August 1st - Cardio - treadmill mile
- August 8th - Strength - squat 5 rep max weight
- August 15th - Stamina - push-up challenge
- August 22nd - Coordination - basketball free throws @ the park
- August 29th - Free category - mystery challenge!
