"I can't say enough about Lohi Athletic Club trainer, Josh Clark. Josh is one of the most knowledgable, intentional and committed trainers in Denver. Whereas most trainers use a one size fits all approach to training, Josh will customize your workouts to ensure long-term stability, long-term gains, and long-term goal success. If he doesn't know what to do to help you, he will take it on to educate himself. What I've learned from Josh has made a meaningful difference in my ability to lift and train without pain."
"so good to work out here!"
"It is a great gym! The people are so friendly and it's always clean. I can't say enough about the place and I have gone to so many different gyms for years!! I am a total workout gym rat! lol. I can't recommend it enough. Go there and check it out. It's not the biggest gym but it has all you need."
"This gym has everything you need for your fitness plan. The membership is managed really well so it's never too crowded. The clientele works hard on average and I find that to be really motivating to See people killing it. I've picked up a lot of functional training ideas from just noticing the people around me doing something new. Nice locals feel. Dave the owner is incredibly nice as well. I'm also a member at lifetime fitness and find it nice that I don't have to deal with the sterile corporate bs feeling at this gym like I do over there."
"I am a member of LoHi and I really like working out at this gym. Although I don't live in Highlands and takes me a 10-15 minutes to drive depending on the traffic. I'd say the best time to go workout there is in the mornings, afternoons, or after 7pm. Evenings from 4-6pm get really packed because everyone's trying to come in to workout right after work. Other than that, Dave is a really great owner and I like the staff. I do my training sessions there and I enjoy doing my sessions!"
