Julie Simbric

Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Julie Simbric. I have been a personal trainer for 14 years. My passion for fitness led me to receive my Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Nebraska. I moved to Colorado in 2008 and fell in love with all of the outdoor activities I could do throughout the year. I enjoy skiing in the winter and hiking, biking, paddle boarding and jogging outdoors the rest of the year. When I’m not in the gym, I’m spending my time with my husband Brad, and our two young boys, Brody and Nolan, who also enjoy the outdoors immensely.

My certifications include NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. I have taught many group exercise classes including Kickboxing, Circuit Training, Bootcamp and Barre Intensity. My experience in different forms of exercise allow me to include parts of these in my training. I can promise to keep your workouts interesting and always challenging.

Personal training has allowed me to help so many others feel comfortable getting in shape safely, use their time in the gym efficiently and learn what their bodies are truly capable of. I help encourage you to push yourself harder than you would on your own and perfect your form so you can focus on mentally pushing yourself to be your best. I like to make the most of your time in the gym by including many compound exercises to work multiple muscles at once. You’ll leave your workout session with me feeling proud of how hard you have worked and feeling energized for the rest of the day.
