I specialize in four client types:
- Those unfortunate enough to have chronic pain or frequent gym injuries
- Athletes, especially those of the endurance variety or powerlifting
- Anyone looking for a trainer to work with their physical therapist to ease the transition of returning to the gym
- Anyone who wants to build a full program as efficiently as possible then check back in every few months
I am a recovering entrepreneur and workaholic from Washington DC. I was the CTO of a data science startup until I realized I hated using computers and wanted to help people rather than build predictive models all day (why didn’t I see this coming?). I bring with me the obsession of my previous life having read 5800 pages of textbooks on biomechanics and physiology last year, but this time around it feels good because it’s all for the sake of helping people.
Likes: Reading textbooks, cats, strategy games, my cat, my wife
