I love all types of yoga
I've been practicing yoga for 15 years and received my 200 hour RYT in 2015. I love all types of yoga but Vinyasa with a rhythmic, full body flow and yin restorative are my go-to's. My favorite yoga pose at the moment is side crow because it was never in my wheelhouse until recently- turns out you can teach an old dog new tricks!
