Following my own injury sustained from athletic activity, I have since become fascinated with the processes for orthopedic assessment and appropriate rehabilitative methodology. I have been a personal trainer since the beginning of my college career and have trained clients from novice-level recreational lifters to collegiate-level athletes involved in football, lacrosse, and soccer. Following completion of my Bachelor’s of Science degree from Kent State University in 2018, I have been assisting with exercise prescription for an out-patient medical center in Lowry in the department of Physical Therapy.
My passion is to encourage individuals to lead healthy, active lifestyles as well as educate others about the benefits of functional movement coupled with proper nutrition. I am comfortable working with clients/patients of all ages and populations, including special populations that suffer from orthopedic limitations, as well as cardiovascular, degenerative, pulmonary, and metabolic diseases.
