"Just want to write a review because of how amazing this place and the team is! They definitely deserve a 5 star rating. After a couple months of avoiding the gym, I rejoined the gym after reviewing their Covid policies. The owners Dave and Jim are absolutely amazing in every aspect. They welcomed me back and have always been helpful and on top of my questions and needs. The environment at the gym is impeccable. They provide sanitizers and cloth for everyone to bring along and clean all machines as needed. Everyone wears a mask at all times. They also put some cardio machines in the office for private sessions if needed (door closed). The equipment are clean and I can't feel any safer working out here while staying safe. I cannot be happier to be back! This gym definitely deserve all the support during this time!"

The machines are always well cleaned and maintained, and the training staff is well studied and focused on client results instead of just billing hours. During COVID they've done what's best for members while ensuring that we all can be fit and healthy during this time."
